Bio

Mr. Huang Lixin is a partner, in the Beijing/Hong Kong offices. Mr. Huang’s practice focuses on corporate finance, capital markets and merger and acquisitions. Mr. Huang joined Haiwen in May 2007. Before joining Haiwen, Mr. Huang worked at the Hong Kong and Beijing offices of Herbert Smith, a British firm, from 1996 to 2007.
