Jordan practices primarily out of the firm’s Columbia office, with a focus on commercial real estate development, leasing, and lending. Jordan has extensive experience representing financial, investment, and other lending institutions in connection with the financing, acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, multifamily housing and other types of commercial properties nationwide. Jordan has also represented lenders in connection with acquisition financing, syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financings, asset-based lending facilities, and other commercial real estate financings. Additionally, Jordan has represented both commercial banks and private funds in connection with the primary and secondary market trading of loans, securities, claims, and other interests in both domestic and international companies in, near, and emerging from financial distress. Jordan previously worked in the Charlotte office of a well-respected national firm as a member of their real estate finance practice group prior to joining Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani, LLC.
