Tim manages the UAE office with an excellent team focused on corporate, intellectual property, technology and infrastructure. Tim also heads the offices corporate team and provides corporate advice to corporations, institutional clients and ultra-high net worth family businesses from and investing in the MENA region. The team advise on all aspects of corporate and restructuring work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, pre-IPO fundraising, IPO's, stock exchange transactions, joint ventures and general corporate law. Tim offers a high quality partner led service aligned to clients' business needs. He works for a wide spectrum of international and regional clients providing commercial, solution driven advice across the MENA region delivered in a pragmatic, practical and cost-effective manner.
