Bio

Gordon Cudney is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. He practises in the Corporate Commercial Group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, secured transactions, and business succession planning. Gordon completed a BAH in Political History from Queen's University, a Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa, and his LLB at Dalhousie University. Gordon is (and has been) active in the community. In fact, in 2004, Gordon played and walked 12 rounds of golf in a single day averaging 83.6 strokes/round. In the process, Gordon raised $60,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. He is Chair of the Board of the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health (ROFMH) and sits on the Board of the Beaver Boxing Club.
