Gregory Getschman is a corporate attorney. He counsels banks and their subsidiaries on a range of corporate finance and commercial transactions, including commercial lending and private equity financings. Greg helps clients with both middle market and higher end lending. He handles the full range of financing, including negotiating term sheets and commitment letters, drafting and negotiating all loan documentation and closing the financing deals.
