Bio

Søren Fogh has for 20 years worked in the fund formation specialist area. He has extensive experience in all aspects of fund establishment and structuring; including limited partnership agreements, carried interest schemes, shareholders agreement, management agreements and regulatory matters. He is a member of the regulatory committee of Aktive Ejere (formerly DVCA) and was awarded the DVCA award in his work for implementing the AIFM Directive in Danish law. In addition Søren has longstanding experience within the general asset and acquisition financing and structuring area; including private equity as well as financing of aircraft and rolling stock. Further he has longstanding experience in the registration of aircraft.
