Mr. Howard’s transactional real estate practice is focused on acquisitions, residential and commercial development, sales, restructuring, workouts, title issues and leasing. His practice includes purchases, sales and leases of residential/condominium and large commercial properties, including, for example, sales of major studios, high-rise residential properties, subdivisions, gas station portfolios, high-rise office buildings, regional shopping centers, historical monuments and hotels. Mr. Howard's extensive knowledge of high-stakes real estate issues has led some of the country's largest title insurance companies to seek out his knowledge and expertise to help them resolve complex title insurance issues on their highest-priority claims.
