Robert Handler is a partner in Glaser Weil’s Corporate and Real Estate Departments. For more than 25 years, Mr. Handler has proved to be a trusted advisor to businesses, business owners and investors in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Handler’s clients have ranged from sole proprietors to Fortune 100 companies, in industries that include commercial banking and finance, film production, software development, real estate investment, fashion design and manufacturing, commodities, and commercial leasing. Mr. Handler’s current practice focuses on the representation of private middle-market companies and real estate investors. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to these companies. Mr. Handler advises on business structuring and formation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, financing, real estate purchases, sales and leasing, licensing and other business legal matters.
