Alessandra Pieretti advises domestic and international clients, mainly industrials and private equity funds, on corporate and commercial law matters, with specific focus on purchases and dismissals of participating interests and assets, M&A transactions, shareholders agreements, joint-venture and commercial agreements. Alessandra has gained also a significant experience on corporate governance matters and issues connected to the generation shifts of family owned business. Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Alessandra was a partner at a leading Italian and international law firm. From 1996 to 1998 she was visiting foreign lawyer at Kennedys, London. Alessandra graduated at Università degli Studi di Milano in 1992 and was admitted to practice in 1995.
