Brian Dibenedetto practices general corporate transactional law, focusing on merging, acquiring and disposing of business interests, and drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including sales, manufacturing, distribution, service, supply, product development and marketing, licensing, confidentiality, noncompetition, consignment, employment and independent contractor agreements. Mr. DiBenedetto also has significant experience advising clients with respect to the formation, structuring and governance of business entities.
