He advises on legal services for mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate services for commercial companies. He cooperates with private equity and venture capital funds in the creation and raising of funds, acquisitions and exit transactions carried out by these entities. His experience also includes coordinating work on due diligence projects. He participated in a number of transactions and restructuring processes carried out both for financial and industry investors, including legal advice related to obtaining debt financing.
