Good business sense and a pragmatic approach - especially in negotiations - give you an advantage and, consequently, a better chance of achieving your goal. In addition, he specializes in comprehensive corporate advisory , M&A transactions , and supporting clients in court proceedings and corporate disputes . He has led teams preparing due diligence analyzes on many occasions . He is the author of books and press publications, a speaker at training courses, including those organized by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
