Karl specialises in banking, finance and corporate recovery with experience in equity and loan finance and preparing loan and grant documentation. Karl has recently advised Finance Wales in relation to the formation of a new £150,000,000 JEREMIE Fund which will be used to provide significant support for SMEs in Wales. In addition Karl has acted for banks and funders in relation to the funding of major developments in Wales (including the Millennium Stadium, Bluestone and Parc y Scarlets). As well as acting for funders Karl provides advice and support to companies and organisations that require finance for major projects including Celsa, Wales Millennium Centre and The National Botanic Garden for Wales.
