Stefano Catenacci focuses his activity on private equity, M&A and venture capital matters. His main clients include numerous investment funds, as well as high-profile private companies. Stefano is one of the founding partners of Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners. Previously, he was partner at Dewey Ballantine (merged into Dewey & LeBoeuf) and associate at Simmons & Simmons. Stefano has received awards from international publications such as “Chambers” and “The Legal 500”. He graduated in law, magna cum laude, from the University of Pavia, and is admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 1994. Stefano speaks Italian, English and French.
