Nicola Brunetti is mainly dedicated to civil and corporate law, with particular reference to extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions, mergers and stock market listings. Over the years Nicola has assisted leading Italian and foreign companies, listed companies and private equity funds, in numerous extraordinary local and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Nicola also boasts specific skills in the sector of multi-utilities companies, having assisted some of the main Italian operators in aggregation, privatization and reorganization activities. Nicola Brunetti is one of the founding partners of Studio Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners and was previously a partner of the Dewey & LeBoeuf studio and of the Simmons & Simmons studio. Graduated in Law at the University of Pavia, he has been enrolled in the Bar since 1996. From 1992 to 1995 Nicola collaborated with the Department of Private Law of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pavia as an expert on the subject . Speaks Italian and English.
