Luca Minoli advises clients active mainly in the industrial or trading sectors, both in their ordinary commercial activity as well as in their M&A transactions. His experience in assisting clients in the manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy and commercial fields allows him to also provide assistance, teaming up with the litigation colleagues, in complex litigation cases on issues where a conscious co-ordination between the legal and technical aspects of the litigation becomes of value. His clients are listed as well as closely-held companies, and his work with private entrepreneurial groups has given him the opportunity to also develop an in-depth experience in the organization and structure of private and family estates. Before founding his current firm, Luca was partner at Dewey Ballantine LLP (then merged to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP) and at Studio Legale Casella e Minoli. He started to practice law in Milan at Studio Legale Ardito in 1985, where he became partner in 1991. He graduated in law, magna cum laude, from the University of Milan. Admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 1988 and to the Italian Supreme Court since 2006. He speaks Italian, English and French.
