Bio

Lorenzo Vernetti is mainly dedicated to banking, acquisition and leveraged finance, debt capital market and debt restructuring. Its clients include major private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds and banks, both international and foreign. Lorenzo was a partner of Ashurst and Latham & Watkins. He graduated magna cum laude in Law from the University of Genoa and has been a member of the Bar since 2002. He speaks Italian and English.
