Giovan Battista Santangelo is mainly dedicated to corporate law, especially in the energy and infrastructure sectors. It assists its clients, in particular, in the M&A, Private Equity, Joint Venture, Banking, Project Finance, Real Estate and Capital Market areas. Since 2015 Giovan Battista Santangelo has been the head of the Rome office of the Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners studio. Previously he was partner of Grimaldi Studio Legale, founding partner of Dewey & LeBoeuf and, before that, partner of Simmons & Simmons. He graduated in Law from the University of Naples "Federico II" and has been a member of the Bar since 1993. Speaks Italian and English.
