Duccio Regoli focuses his activity on corporate and commercial law with particular emphasis on corporate governance as well as on M&A and commercial contracts in the TMT sector. His clients include large corporates in the media and technology industries. He is full-tenure Professor of Corporate and Financial Markets Law at the Catholic University of Milan. He was former member of the Collegio dei Probiviri of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and of the Group of Experts of the Corporate Governance Committee for the Code of Listed Companies. He is co-founder and co-director of the law review “Rivista di Diritto Societarioâ€. He seats on the board of listed companies as independent director. He has practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York in 1989-1990 and thereafter he became partner at Mazzoni e Associati (then renamed Mazzoni Regoli). He holds magna cum laude degree in Law from the University of Pisa and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School. 1987 Winner of the Bank of Italy “D. Menichella†grant. He is admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2001. He speaks Italian, English and German.
