Andrea Francesco Castelli focuses his activity on real estate M&A and private equity transactions and in providing advice on corporate and commercial contracts related matters. He has assisted the main international investors in real estate in the acquisition and dismissal of real properties and portfolios, investments in real estate companies and alternative investment funds, set-up of Sicafs. Previously, he was a corporate M&A and real estate senior associate at Chiomenti, and, with a focus on corporate law, corporate governance and disclosure requirements of listed companies and proceedings brought before the Italian financial authority (Consob) against members of corporate bodies, an associate at Galbiati, Sacchi e Associati law firm in Milan. He holds a J.D., magna cum laude, with major in business law, from the Catholic University of Milan, and has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2013. In 2019 he completed the specialization course in law of financial markets at the University of Milan. He speaks Italian and English.
