Bio

Alessandro Dolce focuses his activity mainly on M&A, private equity and corporate and commercial matters. During the course of his experience, he advised several industrial players and investment funds in acquisition and disposal of assets and companies. Previously, he was an associate of Dewey & LeBoeuf (former Dewey Ballantine) and in 2012 he worked at the New York office of the same law firm. Alessandro graduated in law from the Catholic University Sacro Cuore of Milan and is a member of the Italian Bar Association from 2005. In 2003 he achieved a master’s degree in Law at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of the same university. He speaks Italian and English.
