Vicente Climent is partner of the Tax Department at Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 1996, following a period at Arthur Andersen Asesores Legales y Tributarios. He specializes in Tax Law, particularly in the sectors of business reorganizations (mergers and acquisitions), tax consolidation, taxation of urban development, construction and real estate development, as well as in the special tax regime for not-for-profit entities. He is a lecturer on the Master’s in Legal Advisory at Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles (FEBF) in Valencia. He also collaborates as a teacher on various Executive and Masters Programs at Universidad Católica de Valencia and has been a lecturer on the Master’s in Taxation at Fundación Universidad-Empresa ADEIT (Universidad de Valencia) and on the Master’s Program in the Law Department of Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera de Valencia. He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by Garrigues and by different specialized centers. He is a member of the Alzira Bar Association and of the Valencia Economists’ Association (COEV).
