Cristóbal Fainé Henríquez is a partner in the Santiago de Chile office. His practice areas are Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Energy and Securities Markets. He has an extensive expertise in providing legal advice to both domestic and foreign clients, across a wide range of industries, on corporate matters, M&A transactions, contracts and securities markets. He has a renowned practice in energy matters, advising clients in the development, acquisition and operation of renewable energy projects. He has also experience in the aquaculture and fishing industry. Prior to joining Garrigues, he worked at NDF Abogados, at Avendaño Merino Abogados, as General Counsel of the Pescanova Group companies in Chile and as a junior associate at Cariola, Díez, Pérez-Cotapos & Cia.
