Rubén Ferrer Ferrer is a Corporate M&A partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals (M&A), investment transactions, mergers, spin-offs and group restructuring, corporate disputes and private equity. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Law from ESADE Law School (Ramón Llull University). He completed the advanced course in Energy Business at the Spanish Energy Club – Spanish Energy Institute. Rubén was awarded by the publication Iberian Lawyer as Leading Lawyer across Spain and Portugal under the age of 40. In addition, he is also recognised in prestigious legal directories such as Chambers & Partners and Legal500 as one of the leading professionals in the area of Corporate/M&A – USA Expert based abroad. He has participated as an author or co-author in several specialised legal publications.
