Alex Carbonell Real-Salas is a Corporate M&A of counsel at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, private equity, financing and restructuring. He holds a law degree and a master’s degree in business law, specialising in commercial and tax law, from ESADE -Universitat Ramon Llull and has completed the American Law Programme at the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas, USA. Alex has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
