Bio

Jonathan Adler is a corporate partner resident in Fried Frank's New York Office. He joined the Firm in 1994 and became partner in 2002. Mr. Adler's practice focuses on representing financial institutions and asset managers with respect to large, complex transactions involving alternative investment vehicles, including hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity funds and hybrid funds. In particular, he provides advice regarding fund formation and regulation as well as acquisitions and dispositions of alternative investment managers, including seeding managers. Mr. Adler also focuses on areas such as Regulation D, Section 13(d), Section 16 and Rule 144. Mr. Adler has made presentations at the New York City Bar, the Practising Law Institute and several prominent investment banks.
