Amber Banks counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate transactions, joint ventures, private equity and growth equity investments, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Her prominent clients include leading companies in the US, including Jacobs Engineering, Visual Comfort & Co., Humana Inc., Simon Properties Group, CVS, Tapestry, Transcendia Inc., NiSource, and Molson Coors. She also represents leading private equity firms, including Permira, AEA Investors, Blackstone, and Goldman Sachs West Street Capital Partners. In 2019, Amber was profiled in the The Deal's Rising Stars feature of the 21 most promising new M&A partners. In 2020, Amber was named to Crain's New York Business' list of 100 Notable Women in Law. In addition, she was recently featured as a speaker at Harvard Business School’s Women in Investing Event and Venture Capital and Private Equity Conference. Most recently, Amber was included in The Deal's list of Women in Dealmaking 2022 and named as a David Rockefeller Fellow.
