Thomas Scott represents real estate and corporate clients in a diverse array of matters and transactions. He works with real estate developers through the entire lifecycle of commercial property deals, from acquisition to leasing to the eventual sale. Working on the other side of leases, Tom represents commercial and retail tenants in lease negotiations and disputes with landlords. He also has significant experience in corporate governance and M&A, advising on asset purchase and sale agreements in various sectors, including hospitality and family-owned & closely held businesses.
