A member of our real estate team, John Catchpole delivers a broad range of high value, complex commercial property projects. He also works on development and infrastructure projects, property portfolio management, the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment property and acts for both borrowers and lenders on high value loan transactions. Recent work highlights include managing the acquisition of a new build 26,000 square foot prefabrication facility in Essex for TClarke PLC. He also has expertise in the Space & Satellite and Ports sectors. John works with businesses in the space industry and, with a genuine enthusiasm for space and space law, delivers his legal expertise with contextual understanding to ensure he is achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
