My practice centers on Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology (IT), including trade-marks, patents, copyright, licensing, distribution arrangements, technology matters and transactions and on litigation in this field. I have assisted clients in all aspects of matters dealing with IP and IT transactions. I handle all types of due diligence and complex IP and IT licensing and transactional arrangements. I also work closely with clients with respect to their intellectual property portfolios and their international IP and IT strategies, including for enhanced revenue generation. I represent clients in IP litigation in the Ontario and Federal Courts. I am the Co-chair of the Business Development Committee at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP.
