John is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team. Before joining Flynn O’Driscoll, John was a Senior Solicitor in Russell McVeagh (one of New Zealand’s leading law firms) and more recently an Associate in the Corporate Department in William Fry. John’s practice consists primarily of transactional corporate engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, angel investment groups and venture capital investment transactions. He also has significant experience in advising on management buy-outs, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and commercial contracts.
