Declan is a Partner our Corporate and Commercial team and he specialises in M&A, investment transactions and ongoing advices, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, commercial and contractual arrangements. Declan joined Flynn O’Driscoll in 2009 and worked in the firm’s corporate and commercial department for 6 years. After 5 year’s working in the corporate departments of two of the “Top 5” firms in Ireland, Declan returned to Flynn O’Driscoll in 2019.
