Andrew, who qualified in 1999, has a wide experience of corporate M&A, project finance and general finance work. Following qualification, Andrew spent four years at an international law firm where he acted for a number of financial institutions and corporates on a wide range of corporate and finance matters. He then spent two and a half years working in-house for John Laing Plc bidding for and closing several PFI projects before joining Fladgate LLP in February 2007.
