Amy specialises in corporate work for private and public companies, advising on joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. She acts for a wide range of clients including global engineering companies, recruitment and employment agencies, listed mining companies and developers of and investors in technology. Amy has particular experience of the real estate, leisure, retail and fashion sectors and has advised on numerous corporate property acquisitions and disposals, property unit trusts, property joint ventures and BPRA schemes. Amy regularly provides advice to clients with large and complex global group structures and Main Market and AIM listed clients in relation to a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters, including the Bribery Act 2010. She also has considerable experience of acting for companies and sponsors, nominated advisers and brokers on IPOs and fundraisings.
