John Werner is a partner in our Business Section. John works primarily on financings, including private equity transactions, tax credit financings, and bank debt. In private equity, John represents Jefferson Capital Partners, LongueVue Capital and Enhanced Capital Partners in their investments in various portfolio companies. In addition, he represents numerous portfolio companies that have received private equity investment. John represents the State of Louisiana when its funds are used in tax credit financings. He represents several lenders and allocatees in the New Markets Tax Credit program. John also represents several regional banks in large commercial loans.
