Roger Feldman is a senior principal in the Boston office and general counsel of Fish & Richardson P.C. As the firm’s general counsel, Mr. Feldman is responsible for all legal, ethical and risk management matters pertaining to the firm. He devotes himself exclusively to these matters and no longer provides legal services for outside clients. Previously, Mr. Feldman was a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group, where he served as a practice group leader. His practice emphasized mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Feldman served as corporate counselor and advisor to a broad range of clients from entrepreneurs, to maturing companies, to major corporations.
