Bio

Ms. Sandor is co-head of the Capital Markets practice, and a partner in the Corporate Department. Her practice concentrates on capital markets and M&A. Ms. Sandor represents major Israeli public companies and dual-listed corporations on securities laws matters and has represented issuers in several of Israel's largest securities offerings. Ms. Sandor has also advised clients in connection with regulatory reforms in the corporate and securities laws and in the regulation of investment companies. Ms. Sandor has lectured on mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring in the Executive MBA program in Accounting Financial Management at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. During her studies, Ms. Sandor was a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review.
