Bio

A partner in the Corporate Group, Jared represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, private companies and alternate asset managers in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and strategic investments. Jared also has significant experience in large-cap and middle market financing transactions, securities offerings, complex workouts and restructurings. Jared previously was an associate in the Cincinnati office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Jared was a corporate associate in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
