I specialise in corporate finance, particularly flotations, fundraisings and takeovers as well as mergers and acquisitions. I act for a range of listed companies, investment banks and brokers. I have particular expertise in the natural resources sector and act for a number of oil and gas and mining clients advising them on their IPOs, fundraisings and corporate or asset acquisitions and disposals. I also have expertise in the financial institutions, life sciences and technology sectors.
