With more than 20 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and finance, I have extensive expertise in bankruptcy procedures, including assistance to investment funds, notably as concerns investments in difficulty, liability risk prevention, transfer and acquisition, assistance to debtors and creditors in operations of restructuring, collective and amicable proceedings, assistance in acquisition of companies in difficulty, and business litigation, notably in matters of transfer, acquisition, guarantee of assets and liabilities, management and shareholder liability. My clients span all business sectors and in particular, finance, private equity, and heavy industry. My university background is based both on law and finance and management and this is a strong asset for understanding my clients' needs. I am fluent in my native language of French and in English as well.
