As a member of the firm's leading equity capital markets team, I advise on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including pre-IPO and secondary fundraisings, flotations and public company takeovers as well as providing general corporate law advice. I advise brokers, nominated advisers and private and listed companies, both domestic and international, primarily on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM, as well as the NEX Exchange. My practice is focused on the energy and natural resources sector, having advised mining and oil and gas companies in various jurisdictions around the world, including the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, South America and Africa. I also advise clients in the technology, life sciences, financial institutions and media sectors.
