I have been advising clients on M&A, joint ventures and fundraisings for over 30 years. My main sector focus is in media and technology I represent broadcasters, production companies, network operators and software and services companies. I have handled numerous acquisitions and disposals of businesses associated with broadcasting infrastructure and content and I have a particular expertise in complex multi-party joint ventures. I advise companies, their shareholders and directors on a wide range of corporate issues. I have been consistently listed as a key individual for mid-market corporate/M&A in the Chambers directory.
