I focus my practice on real estate finance (acquisition and development financings including residential, commercial, single assets, portfolio and warehouse financings), including Pfandbrief lending, buy-out finance, asset-backed finance, project finance, and venture debt, as well as associated financial restructuring in these areas. I advise my clients on all layers of debt: senior, mezzanine or other junior loans; syndication and tranching of participations; and intercreditor agreements. I represent both lenders such as credit institutions, debt funds, insurance companies, and investors/borrowers such as funds, family offices, and insurance companies in all banking-related aspects of these transactions. I advised clients in a deal volume of approx. 22 billion Euro - over the last three years. In 2020 I was awarded as „Rising Star“ in real estate finance from Legal500. Before joining Fieldfisher I was a finance lawyer at an international law firm and worked for more than four years for a US law firm. I advise my clients in German and English.
