I advise in connections with corporate transactions, (near insolvency) restructurings, in finance matters and fintech projects. For my clients, I can lean on my over 10 years as a specialized corporate and banking/finance partner and my five years in-house experience as manager (Prokurist), Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Legal Officer in the first German fintech Bank, Fidor Bank. I enjoy helping my clients to succeed in complex transactions, negotiations and other challenges with a clear business and result-oriented focus.
