Thomas Kang concentrates his practice on strategic and practical business counseling for technology and life sciences companies, as well as venture capital firms, in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Thomas has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Super Lawyers magazine and honored in Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Hot List Issue, recognizing early- to mid-career attorneys “excelling in the legal profession.”
