Kris Withrow has completed in excess of 300 domestic and cross-border mergers, and was named The Deal’s 2020 Tech, Media & Telecom Dealmaker of the Year for middle-market M&A work. He has also been included in the Global M&A Network’s list of Top 50 Dealmakers in North America, Chambers USA among the top lawyers for corporate and M&A work in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, The Legal 500 as a “Leading Lawyer” for middle-market M&A and as one of the Daily Journal’s Top 20 attorneys in California under the age of 40. Kris counsels public and private companies in their strategic acquisitions and exit events, and provides day-to-day advice on corporate and strategic matters in a wide range of industries, including software, gaming, internet/e-commerce, artificial intelligence, social networking and life sciences.
