Bio

Faisal Rashid provides strategic counseling to early-, mid- and late-stage private companies across a variety of sectors, advising his clients on day-to-day corporate matters as well as assisting clients in negotiating and managing financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. He also provides ongoing advice to his clients on general corporate compliance, SEC reporting and governance issues. During law school, Faisal was senior editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation and selected as a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics. Prior to joining Fenwick, Faisal was a corporate associate at an international law firm where he represented companies such as American International Group, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Goldman Sachs, Skype and UBS.
