Patrick Cross is a transactional and regulatory lawyer with deep experience in the health and life sciences industry. In addition to being a trusted legal and strategic advisor to the clients he serves, Pat co-leads the firm’s national health and life sciences industry group. For more than 25 years, Pat has worked closely with senior management of health care and life sciences companies to develop strategies and structure deals that advance their business objectives. He combines his experience in complex corporate transactions with his deep knowledge of the regulatory environment in which health care and life sciences companies operate. His clients include regional, national, nonprofit, for-profit, established and emerging companies. He has served as outside general counsel for numerous health care companies. Pat also regularly advises clients on risk and crisis management matters.
