Bio

He has been a partner at Eubelius since 2002 and a member of Eubelius' Management Committee since March 2016. He has been a member of the Kortrijk Bar since 1994. Philippe has a law degree from University of Leuven (1992) and obtained a special Master's in Company Law at the University of Brussels (ULB, 1994). He is the postgraduate programme director in company law at VIVES business school, where he also lectures, and he is a guest lecturer at University of Leuven and the Brussels Tax College. Additionally, he is a permanent spokesperson for a number of professional associations. He regularly speaks at seminars on company law, and has authored a number of publications related to companies.
