Lane Williamson has handled multiple real estate matters including real estate acquisition and development with a concentration on land use, annexation, eminent domain, zoning and planning law and permits/entitlements that also encompasses aspects of public law. Construction, mining, manufacturing, retail, distribution and transportation are just a few industries which he serves. Additionally, he regularly counsels both for profit and nonprofit organizations, and maintains an estate planning practice involving the representation of a multi-generational family office. As a member of Eastman & Smith, Mr. Williamson is involved with Firm management, serving on the Planning Committee, and having served as chair of the Firm's Executive Committee as well as section head of the Firm’s Business Section.
